5 /5 Heidi Grossman: Visiting Amersham for a couple of days I stumbled onto Madara Yoga and was so happy to find a beautiful space with multiple yoga styles and a wonderful staff of welcoming people and knowledgeable teachers. I wish I had more time for more classes!

5 /5 Pippa Cotton: First gentle yoga class today. Very relaxing breathwork and stretches both standing and lying. The instructor Paola was delightful and her cueing was superb. I left the class very relaxed and enjoyed Oming and humming which had a huge affect on my body. The studio is perfect and well equipped with mats and props. Thanks very much.

5 /5 Chakita Keremane: I am very new to yoga but I must say it’s been a month I have been consistent and I absolutely love it here. Trainers are amazing here; they create perfect ambiance and also have good skills needed to train. I really have to appreciate this place as they do carry on sessions even if they have one students. Trainers are very supportive. I am postpartum 7 months and I can see improvements In my core stability, flexibility and good work on muscles. I attend postnatal yoga with Emily, Begginers yoga with Ellie and Pilates with Emily. My 7 months old joins me for postnatal yoga and she absolutely loves her sessions with other babies. I highly recommend this place if you are a yoga enthusiast or some one like me who wants to explore!

5 /5 Katie Dunne: This is a beautiful serene space on a busy high street where you can totally disconnect from the worries and stresses of everyday living. I really felt the welcome and the warmth that owner Charlotte has built into every tiny little detail. The teachers are really amazing and there is such a great range meaning that you can find the class that is right for you ! I highly recommend a visit.
