2 /5 Ell Gri: I had mixed feelings about this studio, but overall left disappointed.
Class experience:
The layout of the room is a major issue. Two large columns in the middle completely block the view. The coach stays only at the far end of the room, not in the middle, so it’s very difficult for many people to see the movements. On top of that, instructions are often given verbally, which is hard to follow if you’re not already familiar with the Megaformer. I joined a beginners’ class and saw many participants confused, looking at each other to guess the right moves rather than learning properly. The class structure felt unclear and not beginner-friendly.
Changing facilities:
The changing room is shared for all genders, but has no lockers or benches. Everyone is expected to change in total chaos, leaving belongings wherever they can — even on windowsills. You must carry all your things into the classroom, then back again after class. Toilets are in a separate location, so if you need to use them, you also have to take all your belongings with you.
Overall impression:
The studio lacks both proper logistics and supportive class structure. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place.
