Michele Boulden I had a Serenity Plus treatment which was 90 minutes of relaxation heaven, incorporating massage and a facial. Thoroughly recommend it to boost your mood.

Mey Luu I was a little nervous and apprehensive as it was my first brow lamination experience but Magi took the time to make me feel comfortable. She asked me what I wanted it to look like and was checking I was ok throughout the treatment. She showed me how I could style the brows afterwards and Im so happy with the results and would definitely recommend Magi. Looking forward to going back and trying more new treatments. Thank you!

I was rescheduled for my eyelash appointment at 2 PM, but I didn’t mind at all because the result was amazing! I’m so happy with how my lashes turned out. Event Management Ive been coming to this salon for a couple of years (mostly for Manicures) and have recommended it to many people. I usually enjoy the service and they have a great colour selection. However, my recent mani/pedi visit was very poor. The member of staff was rough with her hands, tight grip throughout and quite dismissive of a concern about a past toe nail injury. Not to mention the water was too hot in the foot basin during the pedicure. This experience was uncomfortable to sit through the appointment. A misunderstanding escalated and maybe a language barrier too! And she even accused me of deliberately splashing her with water with my feet, which was a far stretched reaction to the reality. The pedicure basins are just a basic shallow sink, and there is no foot spa or even a massage chair. I persevered through the pedicure/manicure treatment as am going on a lovely holiday and thankfully the polish end result looked good. As we all know it’s not cheap! However, the overall unpleasant and unkind experience has left a disappointing impression!

Taniya I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now by many different salons. But Sri is certainly one of the best I’ve come across! Not only is she very gentle and soft with threading, but she also spends time and pays great attention to detail when shaping your eyebrows to get the very best results. Sri was also very friendly and approachable, I felt really comfortable throughout my entire visit. My eyebrows have never looked so tidy and well shaped! Sri truly is a professional and I will definitely be rebooking with her again!
