The studio atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making the experience even better. Adinas attention to detail is unmatched, and she listened carefully to what I wanted. The result? H Hashim I went to Flora Hair Salon for a colour correction after a really bad experience at another salon. The highlights I previously got were nothing like what I had asked for, and to make matters worse, the top half of my head didn’t even match the bottom half. From the moment I walked into Flora, the customer service was honestly 10/10. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they really cater to every client’s needs. As a woman who covers her hair, I was taken to the section at the back of the salon where they had a curtain for extra privacy. What stood out to me was how clients were walking in and the staff knew them by name. On top of that, the previous salon had also given me a terrible haircut, which Flora’s team fixed beautifully! If you’re looking for true professionals in the hair industry who go above and beyond for their clients, Flora is the place to go. I could not recommend them enough.

Silly Billy Always so amazing, they do a brilliant job and the people are so lovely. I keep going back with new design ideas, and every time they find a way to make them look perfect Update: they outdid themselves and did the most amazing Halloween nails for me, I absolutely love them and the only thing that makes me sad is that I can’t keep them longer

Corrine R Charlotte is an excellent therapist and was very professional and friendly from start to finish. Booking was straightforward, she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted from a massage and was able to intuitively relieve all my aches and pains; certainly not something everyone can achieve intrinsically. The Beauty Retreat feels warm and inviting, the products Charlotte uses are good quality and compliment the relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be returning again soon!
