5 /5 H Hashim: I went to Flora Hair Salon for a colour correction after a really bad experience at another salon. The highlights I previously got were nothing like what I had asked for, and to make matters worse, the top half of my head didn’t even match the bottom half.
From the moment I walked into Flora, the customer service was honestly 10/10. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they really cater to every client’s needs. As a woman who covers her hair, I was taken to the section at the back of the salon where they had a curtain for extra privacy.
What stood out to me was how clients were walking in and the staff knew them by name. On top of that, the previous salon had also given me a terrible haircut, which Flora’s team fixed beautifully!
If you’re looking for true professionals in the hair industry who go above and beyond for their clients, Flora is the place to go. I could not recommend them enough.
