5 /5 Jennifer Seri: I had the most amazing experience at Lush London. The ladies who did my hair were great, warm, talented, and so attentive. I went with my nieces, and the entire team was unbelievably accommodating and super friendly, making all of us feel welcome. The service was top‑tier, and the salon itself was spotless. You can tell they take real pride in maintaining a clean, relaxing environment. I got a silk press, and it came out AMAZINGLY: smooth, shiny, and exactly what I hoped for. I left feeling confident and so happy with the results. I would highly recommend Lush London to anyone looking for great service, skilled stylists, and a genuinely lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

Everyone at the studio was super friendly, and Eisley who did my wash and retwist as super attentive, efficient, friendly and gave me some really decent advice and guidance too! Was a top tier experience and Im really looking forward to continuing my locs journey at Lush!

I don’t know what kind of magic filter TikTok put on this place, but don’t trust those TikTok reviews and the 1 star reviews on here reflect this place . The service was extremely unprofessional and they were so hasty with my hair that I genuinely felt disrespected the disappointment was real. The next day, I went to a different salon and got treated so much better the difference in care was unbelievable. They did me dirty at this place it was pure hasid. They never pick up the phone, they pick and choose who they want to be nice to, and the whole experience was just horrible.You’re wasting your money here it’s truly not worth it. Highly don’t recommend.

1 /5 Wendy Makula: Had booked a treatment and a wig install. Both stylists were late to the appointments. What should have been a 2 hour appointment was 3 and a half. I asked for layers to be cut to be into the wig that wasn’t done and the stylist dropped glue into my eye and didn’t really seem to care. I booked through Treatwell and the following day the salon marked the appointment as cancelled??? Very shady won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend
