3 /5 Manon Johnson: I have been going to Lush for over 3 years and always asked for Sandy. I started with eye brows, then waxing and now she does everything including facial, pedicure, massage and my hair. I trust her and she is professional and very skilled. My experience with other staff is very mixed from good to painful . I was shocked given that I trust the staff to expertly apply hot wax and sharp instruments on my face, feet and body. Hence I would only recommend Sandy.

She’s professional, quick, and makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable — even the more sensitive areas! Her attention to detail is amazing, and she always makes sure I leave feeling smooth and confident. Plus, her warm personality puts you at ease the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for someone skilled, kind, and consistent I recommend her to you!!!However,recently I have called to ask for her and this other lady answers the phone and when I ask for sandy she says that she is not working ??I had to ask 3 times until she finally told me that sandy is working on a Thursday
