Naz Mir I absolutely love everything about Angel Gyms. I’ve never felt more relaxed in a gym space, working with an incredible trainer Adam (such a doll), who genuinely cares about my wellbeing and progress. I am honestly so glad I made the decision to join. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and comforting. Everyone who I’ve met there is friendly and welcoming. The schedules are also super flexible and suit my busy work timetable. And most importantly I’m safely being pushed to my best potential, seeing results, getting stronger and feeling like the best version of myself for the first time in many years. As someone who works in the world of inclusion, I wish there were more spaces like this for those of us who grew up afraid of the gym. Thank you for sharing what you’ve built!

Mojtahedi Leyla I must say, the staff at this gym made my short term membership an exceptional experience! I was visiting London for a month and I needed a short term membership at a local gym. Energie Fitness is located below my childhood library (nostalgic memories) and a short walk to the train stations or any bus stop (perfect pre workout warm up!). I was greeted with kindness and a huge welcoming energy from Vish. He gave me a tour of the place and even let me try out the gym for the day. There was no pressure to sign up and he was patient enough to let me think about it for a couple of days. I ended up taking his HIIT class one day (a real calorie burner!!). For the price of the membership, the location and friendly staff, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone new.

Colin Griffin I was looking for ways to improve my core strength and I also had a sciatica problem down my left side. My wife introduced me to Kirsten and Body Wellness Pilates. It was my first introduction to pilates and I was a little apprehensive. There really was no need to be, Kirsten was an extremely well qualified instructor with many years experience and above all was a really lovely, supportive and kind person. I must add I am probably a difficult client for her, as I seem to get the moves back to front, raise when I should lower, lower when I should raise and quite often get my left to right wrong! But again Kirsten has been so patient with me, offering help and support all the way through every step. I can t recommend her enough. Over my first 12 months, my core strengthened and my sciatica was cured and I noticed that my whole posture had improved so much, it was amazing. Ive now been attending Kirstens Reforma Pilates classes for the past 3 years and love it. I have developed and improved my pilates along the journey and increasing my flexibility and stretching my hamstrings too, which was an area I needed to improve on. If you are fortunate enough to live in and around the Sevenoaks area, there is no better person to teach you pilates, if you dont live around Sevenoaks, then its still worth travelling to get to, Kirsten is first class.
