Karen Hardy Absolutely fantastic! We have two foster children who joined a few weeks ago, they love coming here. The sessions are giving them the exercise they need while enabling them to let off steam and frustrations at the same time in an appropriate manner. They are thriving in confidence and learning self defence techniques. Equally, our thirteen year old daughter is loving the boxing club, the staff are really friendly and know all the kids names off by heart. They are constantly praised and encouraged to do their best. All the kids get on well and show respect to one another. We would highly recommend bringing your kids here, no matter what age, shape or size, it’s a great place to be. Imran Mohammed Good for health and fitness! Very neat and clean maintained and friendly staff except the African lady in reception on weekends. Fitness suite and divided Into 2 floors but it’s good to have more sets of dumbbells on first floor. However swimming pool is also very well maintained.

Richard Your hosepipe ban is an absolute joke now! You have the last slither of the UK with a ban and yet your charges are among the highest! You continue to pay your directors ridiculous salaries and bonuses whilst clearly not investing enough on infrastructure to cope with the demand for which you are happy to charge for. This is nothing short of a scam which makes you rogue traders. We live on the "blue" planet which is over 70% water and have proven desalination technology which is widely used throughout the world. You are laughing at us! Severn Trent are around 20% cheaper than you, have no hosepipe ban and even fix customers leaking toilets FOC. The boss needs to be sacked and replaced with someone that knows what they are doing.

Prashant I regularly use this gym and find it excellent for maintaining a consistent fitness routine. The equipment is modern, functional and plentiful with both cardio and strength options. Trainers are professional approachable and provide valuable guidance. Group classes are well instructed, energetic and suitable for beginners and advanced members alike. The facilities are clean, spacious and organized including locker rooms and showers. The atmosphere is motivating, friendly and supportive encouraging regular attendance. Overall, it’s a gym that offers quality convenience and a welcoming environment for all members.
