They carefully plan the exercises, and are flexible and creative if something is too difficult. They are knowledgeable, I like that I am closely monitored to ensure good form and safe technique. I enjoy working out for the first time in my life and feel in safe hands

Ben Always a good place. Reasonably priced and serves food and alcohol as well. Definitely recommend as a good place for party events if your kids love football, plenty of pitches for all to enjoy.
