5 /5 Simone Palmer: I was signposted to lash caviar by a family member who highly recommended I would be pleased with my results. I had a full set of classics by Rachel. I was very pleased with the end result and her overall service. I have since revisted for an infil and will be returning.

5 /5 el reseñante: Came here for a LVL lash lift. Rachel was lovely. The space is super cute. It was a very cold day and the little touch of providing a hot water bottle as well as blanket (the heating was on too) during the treatment was really thoughtful. The atmosphere was so cosy I almost fell asleep. Really happy with the results too!

5 /5 Nina S: I’ve done my lashes with Rachel a few times now. I started out with classics and then hybrid. Can’t wait to try her other styles. She is incredible, a true lash artist. Her technique is super quick, long lasting results and she maps the lashes to suit your eye shape. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

1 /5 Najwa Jolly: After hearing amazing reviews about lash caviar I managed to get a last minute slot with holly. I requested a light volume set as I usually go for full volume but wanted it voluminous but slightly subtle. Holly was really pleasant and we chatted away. After my lashes was done they looked more like a hybrid set but I’m not one to say anything I just thought I’ll try something new. How ever when I got to the till I thought my bill will be £65 for a light volume but it was £70 which was a little confusing especially when I asked for light volume. Immediately after a few of my lashes started falling out and within 3 - 4 days all of my lashes had fallen out. I contacted lash caviar and showed them the pictures , as I was away and only wanted them done for my holiday I asked if a refund was acceptable but the refused and said a redo is the only thing they can offer. The times I work didn’t accommodate the times they have available and they have said only holly can redo them as she is self employed. After multiple attempts to try and rebook my redo nothing is available and no other lash artist is able to rectify the companies wrong doing. I would of appreciated some urgency as my lashes lasted no longer than 4 days and they were defensive when asked about why I was over charged. Since may I have been back and they seem not to care about the my whole experience. I would of hoped as they have such amazing reviews they would deal with this as a team and rectify my lashes whether it be holly or someone else.
