3 /5 Tom Izzard: The staff here are very friendly and skillful, and the service was great. However, the shellac manicure started peeling the next day, and by day two, another nail was chipped. The salon kindly fixed it and reinforced all nails. Unfortunately, I noticed that one of the new nails started peeling again not long after the repair. Wonderful service, but the product quality really needs improvement.

The precision and attention to detail are unmatched, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work! What really makes them stand out though is how personal and friendly they are, they talk to customers, remember you, and make you feel completely comfortable. It’s never awkward or rushed; it feels like you’re part of a little Wandsworth community. You always see familiar faces coming back, which says a lot about how loyal their clients are. And on top of that, all their services are so professional and last a super long while without its quality getting ruined. They care as much about the result as you do, and it really shows in how consistent and professional they are. Couldn’t recommend them more!

All their beauticians are excellent and professional, nails last 3 weeks without chipping. The salon is always clean and the owners are utterly charming. I cannot recommend more highly, nothing is too much trouble. Penny
