1 /5 Jess Reviews: Quite disappointing I went for keratin treatment. My hair is long and wavy the entire process took 45 minutes from start to finish. The texture of my hair was unchanged. Felt like I had just had a wash and blow dry. I questioned Cher and she just told me to straighten my hair?! Frizz will go and it will be smooth. I have achieved better results at home from just straightening my hair and using a basic serum. Visited another salon and they test stranded my hair looked at before and after pics and are certain no keratin was used or a very small amount may have been applied and/not processed affectively. It makes sense why the treatment was only £100 that should have been the first red flag for me. Cher will no doubt say to any customers it is down to them for poor aftercare or that their hair type is not agreeing with the treatment - this is completely untrue. I felt something was off the same day and visited another salon. I even went back to the salon 3 days later to update them with my hair after washing with sulphate free shampoo as I really wanted them to try and figure out what was put on my hair. I did not trust I would be given an honest answer from Cher. Who claimed cocochoco is as used and that it was an Italian brand, I was informed by a different hairdresser that this is untrue. I now cannot get my hair done for a few weeks as I have no idea what was used in my hair. I was also told to cancel through treatwell and book directly with her and that now makes me even more concerned that that was a tactic used to ensure I had no refund protection and couldn’t leave a review on treatwell. You can clearly see from photo taken immediately after hair was done that that is not a keratin finish.

1 /5 Maruay: Overprice‼️ I went today to do whole head color and low light roots only, plus keratin. It cost £500. I was in shocked and kept asking how much for each treatment. Shockingly Cher said low light roots itself is £210. I can’t believe it’s that expensive. She said the whole service should be £610 but she discounted to £500. And I managed to negotiate to £450. However it’s still pricy comparing with the look of the salon. It’s look dirty and unorganised. I will never go there again. Btw my hair doesn’t look as nice and soft from the keratin treatment as other salon.
