They don’t take card payments, and because I had to pay by bank transfer, I was charged an unexpected £2 fee. It felt unfair, especially since I wasn’t told about it beforehand. When I called later to mention that this extra charge isn’t stated anywhere, I was told very unprofessionally that I “don’t have to come back.” I hope they improve transparency and customer service.
