1 /5 Zerrin Derebeyli: If you call this a straight hair cut then you definitely need to change your career! I booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry which has resulted in my hair being cut wonky! I definitely DO NOT recommend getting your hair cut by Claire or even blow dried as my hair wasn’t even straightened properly (40 years experience apparently)! The hair brushes were also dirty with all hair in them! Stay away!

Your service is not even a 1 star but there is no option for 0 star. From the CCTV, I don’t understand how you can hear what was offered, if you have voice recording on your CCTV then you are breaking the law. I was of course not going to allow Claire to fix my hair after messing it up. I declined your offer as I won’t trust anyone in your salon and your brushes are not clean as the brush she used to comb my hair had someone else’s hair on it. I could also see all the equipment in the trays had hair in it so they are definitely not sanitised after each client. Everyone is self employed in there according to Claire so obviously they don’t care what service they are providing, they just come for their appointments then leave not caring. I’m sure it is pretty normal to be rude to someone that cut your hair wonky and thinks it is fine, I didn’t ask for a full style only a straight cut with some layering at the front. Forget the layering, she wasn’t even able to do a straight cut :)
