athira p r I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. I went in for threading and specifically mentioned multiple times that I did not want my eyebrows to be made thinner I only wanted the extras cleaned up and the shape maintained. Despite this, the staff completely ignored my request and made my eyebrows much thinner and uneven. When I pointed out that both eyebrows looked different, she brushed it off by saying they were naturally like that. Instead of fixing them properly, she made them even thinner, leaving me with very narrow brows that I never asked for. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and provided poor service overall. I left feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this salon to anyone – it was an awful experience

Angela Silva Ayesha did a great job with my massage and I would highly recommend her. It was my first time and the place was very clean and staff extremely polite and friendly.

Megan Reynolds Really great treatment today getting my eyebrows shaped and upper lip waxed with Caroline. She was able to find an appointment for me at the last minute, and now my brows look great! It was professionally done with so much care, whilst also being efficient, and the treatment room is clean. Caroline is also very warm and friendly! Would recommend :)

Kuralay 1602 Went there on my brief vacation in London because I had a half broken nail and honestly it was the best experience I’ve had in a while in a salon. It was also the very first time my friend got a manicure and it has a perfect first time experience for her ! The nail tech was super sweet and repaired my nail, giving me the best manicure I had in a while. The service and the ambiance are just amazing. Would definitely recommend as the staff is super kind but also for their products such as the hand creams.

Joanna Rydlakowska Nesta is the best in what she does. Shes an artist when it comes to lashes and brows. She has made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, answered all my questions, and was very professional yet super friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Queens That Read Rhoderline was so welcoming and informative! She took the time to help me understand why my skin is the way it is and explained what steps we’ll be taking to improve it. The aftercare tips she shared were absolute gems! I left feeling confident and cared for, and I can’t wait for my next appointment!
