1 /5 athira p r: I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. I went in for threading and specifically mentioned multiple times that I did not want my eyebrows to be made thinner I only wanted the extras cleaned up and the shape maintained. Despite this, the staff completely ignored my request and made my eyebrows much thinner and uneven. When I pointed out that both eyebrows looked different, she brushed it off by saying they were naturally like that. Instead of fixing them properly, she made them even thinner, leaving me with very narrow brows that I never asked for. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and provided poor service overall. I left feeling very upset and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this salon to anyone – it was an awful experience

1 /5 Hewan Bisrat: I had a very distressing and painful experience at Muslim brow bar during a recent manicure & pedicure. The nail technician was extremely rough and aggressive while filing my toenails, to the point where one of my toes started bleeding. Despite clearly seeing I was in discomfort, there was no apology or proper care shown. When I asked to speak to the manager about the situation, I was told: “There’s no manager here.” I then requested a contact number or email to raise my concerns and was told they couldn’t give it to me, as “he only pays us money, he doesn’t come here.” This level of accountability is completely unacceptable. I was left with an injury, no proper resolution, and still had to pay £52 for a service that caused me both pain and great disappointment. To make matters worse, the tools being used did not appear to be properly sanitised, which raises serious hygiene concerns. I have taken photos and will be reporting this to the appropriate health authorities. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a salon, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

1 /5 Sara Abubaker: Worst experience for eyebrow threading. The lady was so rough doing my eye brows, it made me bleed. She didn’t take the time or care to properly thread. Hygiene isn’t good, uses same eyebrow brush to brush through eyebrows. She sneezing and then continuing to thread the eyebrows. She rushed the whole time and was extremely rough, the thread was so harsh. Wouldn’t be coming again, as it’s not a good service at all I have nothing good to say about it. It be better to spend a bit more money to get your eyebrows done and have a good services. The place was very uncomfortable to sit in as the smell from the nails product was so strong it would make you cough and hurt your eyes.

1 /5 Taz Kaur: Avoid Muskaan Brow Bar in Shepherd’s Bush (inside the shopping centre). I went in for eyebrow threading and asked clearly for them to be kept the same shape, not thinner, just a tidy-up. The therapist started threading extremely roughly without acknowledging my request and ended up ripping the skin in the centre of my brows, leaving it bleeding and very red. When I pointed this out in shock, she simply said, “Don’t worry, it’s normal” which is completely unacceptable. I had to travel the very next day with a visible mark in the middle of my brows because of their negligence. This was by far the worst threading experience I’ve ever had. They do not listen, they do not care, and they clearly lack proper technique. Avoid this place at all costs!

1 /5 Christine Douglas: Went to get my eyebrows waxed. Lady was in middle of cleaning up. She did not wash her hands before starting to wax my eyebrows. Shouted at me throughout and when I said was not happy with my eyebrows. She walked off to attend another person. Her colleague came to finish my brows and put soothing gel on. Appalling manners and service. Never going there again!!
