Maria Godovanets My hair was very damaged after several dyings it was thin without shine or volume, and oh fate brought me to a salon on the Kartee that is 5 minutes away from me and which I have simply always passed by for five years in a row so I decided to try to restore it in this salon with very talented Tee . The result is just wow! My hair became shiny, soft and looks much healthier. The procedure was comfortable, and the master explained each stage of care in detail. The impression is just super after each visit and after the head massage I have maximum comfort and pleasure, always light relaxing music! The colors look very natural. The quality of the coloring is at a high level, no damage. I now have a completely new look and I cant get enough of myself. The master selects individual care for each hair type, and can also recommend products for home care, which, by the way, can be purchased here. And its very convenient! I wouldnt trade Tee for anyone right now! Thanks for the great work Tee ;)

elle moore Natisha was e.x.c.e.l.l.e.n.t. - I rarely ever get my nails done and when I do its always something plain and nutural. I have a wedding this weekend and am wearing a black dress so took a notion of getting dark nails - Natisha really held my hand through the process as this was so out of my comfort zone and they turned out terrific I really love the work she did - such good quality! However the original dark dark brown colour I really had my heart on had been discontinued - silly really as that dark brown is so on trend right now so it really left something to be wanted...and its autumn and this is an autumn colour? It was clear that the brushes for the nail varnish were also not user friendly - also both the screens for booking in didnt work but these negatives are definately a failure of TownHouse head office rather than the staff who remained really calm professional and found a way to make it work! Thank you TownHouse I will be back but email me when dark brown comes back in!

Cristen Sagevick I got my my brows waxed and tinted, and eyelashes tinted. This was THE BEST experience Ive ever had getting these done and Ive been having them done for the last 10 years. Eva is a true professional and her expertise, grace, and calm demeanor make for a PERFECT experience. I felt perfectly at ease in her studio. You can really feel the care she puts into her work! For the first time ever, my eyes havent stung after getting my lashes done; her technique is flawless. 10/10, cannot wait to go back!

Louise Bird Elaine is amazing. I’ve been go in to her for a number of years now and she is a real expert, the advice she gives is excellent and she never pushes unnecessary treatments. I always feel in very safe hands. The salon is lovely and the team are super welcoming.
