2 /5 diya george: Not a fan of this spot! I came in for henna and the artist didnt seem confident enough to do the henna I had asked for. We ended up going for a simpler design and I asked about how to make my henna last longer and she just said take it off and add tiger balm and my henna didn’t even last longer that a week. Would not be back for henna again

5 /5 Laura Pryer: 3rd time of using Krina Beauty for gel nails and each set has been fab! Very pleased with the service quality, especially having been put off from nail salons (after an experience at a different salon earlier in the year). After having not had gels in years I thought this was no longer for me, but having visited Krina beauty I am converted again! The ladies in the salon are warm, welcoming, diligent and patient and take pride and care in their work. They definitely do not rush you or the process! I would definitely recommend a visit here!

1 /5 Muskan: I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in for eyebrow shaping and clearly expected neat, even brows, but unfortunately they were left uneven and untidy. My natural brow shape has been completely ruined, and it will take time to fix the damage. I trusted the staff with something so visible, and the result was extremely upsetting. I would not recommend this salon for eyebrow services. That happened with me twice in this salon three months ago same thing happened but again i am a fool i go there and trust these people but they just want money with that bad service. I recommended please don’t go there.

5 /5 C hi: Went to their kiosk next to their main shop in St Anns Mall. Had my eyebrows threaded and they did an excellent job. They were fast efficient and for £5 very reasonable. They do loads of other treatments in the main shop such as: waxing, massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, henna tattoos including bridal, eyelash extensions, haircuts, makeup including bridal etc.

1 /5 Roohia Shahzad: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended at all! I had a horrible experience here and would strongly advise others to stay away. Unorganized: I booked an appointment for a full-face makeup session, but when I arrived, the staff had no idea about my booking. The manager had failed to inform them. Nothing was set up, the brushes were dirty, and I was left waiting nearly an hour while they scrambled to clean and prepare the station. Unhygienic: According to the makeup artist, they don’t clean or sanitize their brushes until after two clients, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Unprofessional and Amateur Service: The service was very unprofessional. The artist offered to help me insert my contact lenses, wiped her finger on her shirt before handling them, and ended up tearing one, leaving me with eye strain and redness. She also applied an extremely thick eyeliner that looked harsh and unflattering; I had to remove it and reapply it myself. As for the lips, she didn’t even attempt to do them properly because she said she wasn’t confident I would like the result. I had to finish that myself too. Makeup Quality and Pricing: The makeup looked nothing like the inspiration photo I showed. She used a foundation shade far too dark for my skin tone, leaving me with a patchy, uneven finish. I was charged £65 for the full face and an additional £5 for lashes. The lash application was poor. She dropped glue in my eye, which I had to clean out myself due to irritation, and didn’t bother blending my natural lashes with the false lashes and blamed me that my eyes are “too small”. What did I pay £70 for? I had to do the eyeliner and lips myself, fix multiple mistakes, and deal with discomfort and unprofessionalism throughout. Bottom line: This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Poor hygiene, lack of professionalism, and terrible results. Definitely not recommended.
