1 /5 Rachael Sarah Eve Jurawan: Mostly friendly and funny. Very unprofessional and lady Veronica was unprofessional and had no idea what she was doing. I had olplex done which, made my hair worse I then got it done properly elsewhere. Veronica was rude and made a stupid comment "when is ur baby due". I didnt want to make a fuzz in the salon but, I couldnt wait to leave. She didnt even dry my hair. The whole salon was clean and they were hospitable but, I left the salon feeling worse then ever. Im dont pay my hard earned money to go to a salon to be insulted. Not recommended. Train your staff in hairdressing and manners please. Do not recommend and not returning.

5 /5 Rebecca Appuhamy: Always have a wonderful experience here. Reasonable prices and a quality service. Charlotte does my hair and does it perfectly every time. The other hairdressers there are also lovely people and it is a friendly environment to go in to. Has the family feel. Gail is lovely too, always gives a welcoming vibe and takes good care of you. Definitely recommend this salon.

Lovely staff, aesthetic interior with lots of pink and flower decor, great service with good tea and biscuits, and most importantly my hair is in great hands. I finally learned that my hair doesnt need bleach to achieve highlights which keeps my hair a lot healthier. My go-to salon now.

5 /5 Jake Killick: Where do I begin, the moment you step through the door you are greeted by Gail. She provides a warm welcome, spends time catching up with you, there is a real sense of loyalty to the customer from her. When you phone into the salon Gail remembers what you have had in the past and with who making you feel very special. The salon is beautifully decorated and has the options for you to have different treatments. I always have Charlotte colour and cut my hair. I can honestly say I will never trust anyone else outside of Joseph to do my hair. Charlotte is fantastic at colour and the cuts are amazing. In the past ten years I have not once been disappointed. If she is ever away she leaves the information for her other great colourists and hairdressers to take over. Charlotte ensures the client is put first and offers great advice about their colour options and cut, she shares a vision of what she has and delivers exactly that. I could not honestly ask for anymore. There is a family feel inside the salon. All staff are friendly to the clients and each other. There is a huge range of fantastic products to take home with you to help keep your colour and your hair feeling great. They are reasonably prided and last months. Charlotte and staff will only recommend the ones that are completely necessary. They are all miracle workers!
