1 /5 Kristina Katkute: Far away from health & safety requirements, I came back after long break hoping that they took into consideration last time about service as I am local, cleanliness etc just used sunbed it’s absolutely shocking! Inside sunbed glass is broken, lights not working properly, so dirty it is biggest risk to catch some bacteria and biggest risk where glass is broke and they let customer to use the sunbed! The receptionist even doesn’t know kind of sunbed is in salon standing or not, when I came in it’s so dirty and not sanitised at all, waited for while for minutes will be put on the system and it was just so cold didn’t work properly at all never ever again will visit this place it’s shocking how health and safety aloud business to run!! I thought they refurbished now nicely and will be different but it was worse and I wasted my money today and got worse experience.
Every time you come for manicure and pedicure appointments mixed up, requesting do near by cuticles it’s done opposite so far away from cuticle that it’s looks already had nails for 2 weeks, it’s absolutely shocking
