Caroline Ashley Emma is a brilliant teacher who has great energy and really cares about the people she teaches. Everyone is welcome in class, no matter their Pilates experience, and Emma always gives different options for every exercise so you can push yourself as much or as little as you like. I can also highly recommend 1-1 sessions with Emma which have really helped me build both my strength and my confidence.

Carys Sian Jenkins Tracy is a brilliant teacher. The classes are challenging and varied without being too difficult. She has a brilliant way for explaining the exercises so that you do them safely and to maximum effect. Because the classes are small and she has so many regulars, she really knows her clients and will give alternatives to those with injuries. The studio is a clean, fresh and inviting space. I felt stronger within a few months of coming to her weekly classes. Thanks Tracy.

Morgan Mcgrath Asked Kieran for some Hyrox type sessions as I had upcoming races and was fairly new to the sport. Found my level and then built the workouts from there. Did exactly what I wanted and pushed me out of my comfort zone and to places you wouldn’t go on your own. The gym is cool and a hive of activity giving it a good vibe. Would recommend highly
