Pau B Im so happy with the work Sam has done for my laser hair removal. Ive just finished my 6th week session and I can say that this treatment is virtually pain free which is incredible and works! Credit not only to the machine but to Sam which shes very professional and experienced. From the initial consultation to the end of my sessions, shes been there throughout to answer any questions I had. Her communication is fantastic. I started last autumn and every time Ive been in the salon the space felt safe and clean to great standard, always following Covid guidance which was very important to me. Wondering why I havent been here years ago! Would recommend to anyone.

Suvi Bisnath I had a Million Dollar Facial treatment at Queen Esther Beauty Salon yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beauty therapist was really knowledgeable and took her time to explain the treatment and aftercare well. During the treatment she made sure I was comfortable at all times. I really felt like million dollars afterwards and my skin is glowing. Im very much looking forward to my next appointment.

Serra Sengül I had a wonderful experience with Cynthia at Blink Brow Bar in Westfield. She was super nice and made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Kelly Raines Pros: - Friendly and professional staff - clean and nice salon Cons: - Not a personable experience to book or check in (iPad, impossible to call and book (so not possible for me to book with a voucher)) - Expensive (£148) given the fact my manicure lasted less than a week before chipping, and about 10 days before nails came off completely. For the price, I’d expect it to last at least 2 weeks. The pedicure didn’t remove my rough skin, so I need to get another pedicure for that. Also, I booked removal for both nails and toes, but only needed 4 nails removing on both. I was still charged in full for both. - £2.50 for a can of water, £6.50 for a can of pre mixed cocktail. For the price and given the upmarket nature of the salon, I’d expect at least a complimentary water or drink included. It’s unlikely that most customers would have more than one drink, but I imagine 100% of customers would be annoyed paying £2.50 for a can of water when paying a premium price for a pedicure. - No massage chair for pedicure - Limited colour options for BIAB (about 4 colours) - Not possible to get a mani-pedi simultaneously if you have BIAB

Daezhane Mitchell-Palmer Went to this new salon yesterday and they did a fantastic job. I actually came across the shop randomly, but the staff were very welcoming, they had same day available appointments, the shop is really well maintained, beautiful furniture etc. The lady who did my nails, did a fantastic job, I was really impressed with the end result. She checked was happy with the colour, shape and length. The nail art I selected turned out really pretty! The shop is peaceful and I am looking forward to coming back again to get my nails done. Thanks guys X
