My first time was an okay experience for this type of low-quality, not-stylish professional salon. However, the second time around, as a returning customer, it was horrible, I received very poor treatment over the phone when calling to say I was late for my appointment. Kami, the owner, was very unprofessional and impolite. Once I arrived, she was so angry and so rude to me, in front of my son, which upset me greatly as I was rushing to get there as quickly as possible.
I apologised again for being late and I explained the reason for my tardiness. I asked if it would be best to rebook or to process a refund, as i was so shaken by her attitude but she blanty refused.
She was incredibly unkind and mean in her manner and speech. all very unnecessary!
