I made an appointment with Maisy, after historically not being happy with my hair and how it was left by my previous hairdresser. Maisy listened to my previous experiences with empathy and made so much effort into colouring and styling my hair just how I wanted it. As well as this, I enjoyed chatting with both Maisy and Lauren, who made me feel as though I had known them for years!
