3 /5 Charlene Dervishi: Had a Mani Pedi and understand why it is cheaper than other places. The guy was great at the cleaning part of the pedicure, however when it came to the nails on my toes and feet he seemed like a rockie. Apparently they dont usually do normal nail varnish, they specialise in gel and shellac. This may be the reason I did not get the colours I wanted, however the finish was not to standard.

3 /5 Song Carrie: Lorraine, the owner is a very lovely lady and friendly with everyone in the neighbourhood. The haircut process from washing to cut to blow dry only took about 20 minutes for £45. even though it was quick, the layered style was about how I wanted. However, some time could be spent on trimming the bang. I was not happy that Ellie took the liberty to cut off the bit I said was sticking out from the angle I can see. She should have let Lorraine to tweak it as the edge looks clear off. Ellie wasn’t happy with me pointing it out that the bit was sticking out. I didn’t feel like I could insist on asking Lorraine to do it for me instead. Hence 3 stars for the value for money and for not having the final tweak properly done :(. Overall Lorraine is super experienced and can be trusted with and Ellie is good with blow dry.

1 /5 E G: Was charged £20 for curls, which came out in 10min despite hair pins left in. I had curls done in hairdressers college for less price and they lasted all day and next day as well. Unprofessional service. On a top of that lots of personal questions asked. I am coming to do my hair, not to see therapist. Not returning despite place being very close to where I live.
