JH Lifetime Care - (Near Lewisham, UK)

Claire I submitted a request via anima at 8am, and was given an appointment for 2pm the same day which I was very grateful for. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting area before being seen by the Doctor. The same can be said for the few appointments I have requested over the last couple of years. No complaints at all about anima or the Doctors. I have not had contact with the reception staff, so no unable to review.

Katie Really enjoy Kasias classes. Great balance of challenge, movement and grounding. Kasias teaching is clear, supportive and encouraging. Also lovely to be in the beautiful church space with the stained glass window

Tes Yel Camberwell Leisure Centre has quickly become one of my favourite places to train. The classes are consistently enjoyable and well run, and the PTs are always on hand with guidance and encouragement. The reception team is fantastic too especially Mia, who brings so much warmth and enthusiasm every time I walk in. Her friendly energy really sets the tone for the whole visit. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Nat Nat I attended a HIIT work out this morning at AF HD.The class was taken by Keith who was very welcoming as it was my first class. I really enjoyed the class although it was hard work!!. The music selection was nice and the exercise movements were good and varied. Keith encouraged me and didnt make me feel guilty when I needed to catch my breath. Id definitely recommend and I will be returning... Thanks Keith.

Ninh Ly SUPER MODERN GYM AT A LOW PRICE! If you’re a member at JD Gyms Hempstead Valley, I recommend paying the extra money to use both facilities as this is a lush gym! If you’re not a member at all, definitely come and check this place out. Massive floor space with lots of weights and weightlifting equipment downstairs, Eleiko kit is super cool here. And the upstairs is your cardio area, changing rooms, toning areas & a studio for classes so if you’re the self-conscious type, you could easily spend your entire workout upstairs without encountering the bodybuilder types downstairs. The gym seems to go on forever, so if you like a modern workout space without feeling claustrophobic, this is the place for you. The fit and finish is definitely superior to any other gym youve been to. Saunas and 24-hour access is included in the package, but the parking outside can get a little busy, so consider parking at the overflow car park where Homebase is. Other than that, it’s definitely one of the best gyms in the area.

Michaela Yearwood-Dan Ive never enjoyed being in the gym as much as I have ay Fitthis. and its probable because the staff and gym goers are friendly and the space feels super inclusive. Outside of my own routine, I train once a week with Izzy and shes given me a lot more confidence in my training and im seeing results. Like anything, there could be some improvements....eg. the changing room hand dyers (please i beg get new ones) but I find it reassuring that when inevitable breaks happen they are communicated well and fixed efficiently.
