4 /5 Regina Bakeeva: Really happy with this gym - the staff are always super friendly, the space is clean and tidy, and the equipment is modern and well looked after. One small suggestion: it would be great to have mirrors in the stretching area. At the moment I have to stretch near the weights section just to check my form, which isn’t ideal or safe for me or others. Having mirrors in the stretching area would make a big difference. Overall though, a fantastic gym that I enjoy coming to!

5 /5 Nat Nat: I attended a HIIT work out this morning at AF HD.The class was taken by Keith who was very welcoming as it was my first class. I really enjoyed the class although it was hard work!!. The music selection was nice and the exercise movements were good and varied. Keith encouraged me and didnt make me feel guilty when I needed to catch my breath. Id definitely recommend and I will be returning... Thanks Keith.

5 /5 Nesha: Brand new, spacious and very clean gym. It has almost everything I need for my workouts. I just wish they had mirrors in the stretching area so I can check my form while doing the exercises. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Maria for her support!

3 /5 Will Yates: It’s great to finally have a decent, affordable gym in this area. The gym is small but has a good range of equipment and space to do most things, and despite being located in the basement there’s a nice amount of natural light. 3 stars is for the lack of mirrors in the function room, a crazy decision to omit these (don’t people want to watch their form when they’re doing.. I don’t know, dumbbell front raises?) and the low quantity of smaller weight dumbbells (7/8kg etc). I’ve sent feedback via the official route but haven’t had a response, so the review here.
