5 /5 Elizabeth Chatfield: I have been attending Jens classes for a couple of months now and am really enjoying them. Jens teaching style is great - she ensures that you are moving correctly, walks around the class after demonstrating a movement, and ensures that she is aware of any issues/niggles anyone may have and guides them to move in a way that will help them and not exacerbate existing injuries. Jen manages to do all this with a huge smile on her face, incredible positivity and fun all mixed in. The classes have a great balance of some familiarity and moves that we do regularly, combined with throwing in some really challenging moves that push you further each session. Jen has a fantastic knowledge and ability to provide great tuition. I feel that the classes are really helping with overall maintenance of my body, complementing other fitness that I do and it ensures that I spend a couple of hours a week having some self-care for myself and my body, which is invaluable.
