Kashaf Akbar I had a great experience with my free trial session. I was welcomed by amazing staff. Cleanliness and hygiene are over the top. Doretina explained everything very well. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. This training session was a bit hard for me, but those who love ❤️ these exercises must go for it. Definitely recommend this to the other people to have a go.

Pete is an exceptional instructor — knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly passionate about what he teaches. His cues are precise, his energy is uplifting, and he creates a space that’s both supportive and empowering. We had so much fun integrating different props into our practice, learning how to enhance movement, deepen engagement, and bring creativity into our teaching. His ability to break down complex concepts with clarity and care is what truly sets him apart. The studio itself is also a beautiful, welcoming space — well-equipped, thoughtfully organized, and filled with great energy. You can feel the dedication to quality and community from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking to train in Pilates or simply elevate your practice, I can’t recommend this place and Pete highly enough. Grateful to have been a part of it and already looking forward to what’s next.

Leo Barroso First of all, I’ve been a member of this gym for a year already and since the beginning everyone has been so nice and also compared to other gyms, this one is the best in the area. Amazing machines, a lot of racks for weight training, more than 2 cable machines and a wide range of dumbbells. Even though sometimes it can get a bit messy with the weights, it is always clean as the gym staff work hard. The locker rooms are always clean. I also love how they have a boxing bag and a massive cycle area. I would 1000% recommend to everyone I know to come to this gym!

Ersilia Russo I had my first Hot Yoga experience and it was incredible! The studio was very welcoming and clean, the teacher was particularly helpful, especially because I was new. I enjoyed the little details, such as the coconut cream in the changing room and the tea cups available after class. The environment was non-judgmental and made me feel at ease. I felt so relaxed after the class and I am definitely going back next week!

Sophia Wright The Mamafit and Mamastrong sessions held at Training Mode have been an important part of my postpartum journey especially after a challenging labour, whereby I had to have an emergency c-sec. Jade is a highly experienced and caring trainer who tailors the sessions for all levels, being able to train with your baby is also an added bonus. These sessions have enabled me gain my fitness and confidence back. The Mama community Jade has created from these sessions is so beautiful especially when being a new Mum can be lonely at times. After sessions you can have a cup to tea, feed your baby and chit-chat with other Mamas. I would highly recommend these sessions to all new Mamas who want to get back to into shape, with their baby by their side.

stephanie chon I absolutely love their classes! After my trial session, I signed up for a membership right away, and I’m even considering upgrading to a plan with more classes each month. The instructors are fantastic—Jacquie, for example, is so professional and kind. Her class was one of the best I’ve ever taken, and she really focuses on correcting form so we get the most out of each workout. Cloud’s Bounce and Burn class is also a blast! Highly recommend!
