The Gym Group London White City - 195 Wood Ln

Rating: 4.9 /5
Abiel Temesgen Great experience at The Gym Group White City. The gym is clean, well equipped, and open 24/7. Special thanks to Rico, who introduced me to the gym and showed me around the changing rooms, lockers, and equipment. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nicola Brandon I have been coming to Pilates Sheen for about 4 years now and I love the studio and all the instructors I have had are excellent. I have been having Pilates reformer classes with Nicole since the beginning of September- she is a great teacher who takes time to listen at the beginning of each class to any problems I have with my body and adapts the exercises when necessary. She will adjust my body positions during the routines and always ask how I feel. At the end of class my body feels well worked and well stretched and my mind is calmer!

Dan F Amazing gym and truly deserving of a 5 star review - in large part due to the head coach Ollie, the other coaches, and the members that train there. They all create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are decent and there is plenty of mat space. The Jiu-Jitsu timetable allows plenty of opportunity to train both gi and no gi, whether youre a hobbyist or a serious competitor.

Camilla What an amazing space. Where to begin... The spin studio is like a boutique spin studio with a sick sound system and lights. The yoga studio is so peaceful and really spacious. The gym floor is so big! Havent seen this many squat racks in a while!!

Kseniia Zhhunova Visited on opening day and honestly - this is one of the best club setups I’ve seen in the UK so far. I’ve trained consistently for 3+ years, so I’m picky about the basics: space, layout, machine quality, and whether a gym flows when it’s busy. This place gets it right. The gym is spacious, well-planned, and doesn’t feel cramped even when people are moving between stations. The equipment selection is strong - plenty of machines, everything is new and smooth, and it’s the kind of environment where you can train properly without feeling rushed or boxed in. Staff were excellent on the day - friendly, present, and proactive. You can tell when someone cares about the member experience, and it shows here. The only downside is the price - it is on the higher end - but you can also see where the money goes. If you’re someone who struggles with consistency, joining a place like this genuinely makes it easier to show up and stay on track. If you’re thinking about joining and you want a club that feels high-quality, spacious, and motivating - this one is absolutely worth checking out.

Transform Hub Wimbledon - Lombard Rd

Richard Castle I joined up for a 6-week challenge back in May with a friend. I’ve achieved, with the support of the terrific PTs, far more than I expected to achieve. I’ve lost 8kg, changed body shape and improved my stats (some of which were very bad!) significantly. What makes the Transform Hub approach so much more effective is the effort that the coaches put into the planning of each session and the feedback they give you. It also helps that they are genuine in their support and welcome helping slightly older and less fit people to be part of the gym. As a result I continue to attend at least twice a week and the benefits keep coming.
