1 /5 rocio barbona: I paid £1,100 for keratin hair extensions. The work was poorly done and painful: extremely large, uneven bonds, some with multiple extensions attached together, causing scalp pain and discomfort. The result is nothing like what is shown on their website. Photos and videos attached. What made this experience worse was the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment. During the appointment my hair was handled roughly,and I was spoken to in a disrespectful and intimidating way. When I tried to resolve the issue and send evidence, communication was blocked and their official email does not work. I had no choice but to seek correction elsewhere. I strongly advise future clients to be cautious.
