Clint is a real find.
We had been looking for a personal trainer who could help my daughter build up core strength and stamina, improve posture and overall functional movement. Not easy to find, as most gyms out there seem to be focused on how much weight you can lift or building the "perfect beach body." And very few would be interested in working with a neurodiverse teen. Equally important, we needed someone who could also make my daughter feel comfortable and yet push her to achieve her goals.
Clint ticks all the boxes. He has a warm, friendly manner that put my daughter at ease right away. At the same time, he is always super professional. Clint has come up with a bespoke programme for my daughter that he also varies to keep it fun and interesting and also quickly changes up, reading my daughters mental/emotional/ physical condition on the day. This is all highly bespoke. My daughter has worked with alot of occupational therapists to work on things like bilateral movement, core and coordination. We think Clint actually does this better!
We are already seeing the results. For example, my daughter has always been a good swimmer. But her swim coach has noticed how visibly stronger she is in the water - e.g. her strokes are stronger and she is able to break the water more decisively to power through the water, she is overall faster and can easily lift herself out of the pool in the deep end. My daughter says she feels it too and it has helped her confidence.
