2 /5 Tania Ahmed: I don’t own a bank card and usually pay for my nail appointment with bank transfer, and this has always been ok. Lady today was rude and hostile, denying that I’ve ever paid my bank transfer (showed her I had details saved on my bank account). I told her I can leave and pay for her having filed my nails, and I apologised. She insisted I stay and was calling her boss to clarify that a bank transfer would be ok (even tho she herself was claiming to be the boss ??? and I knew she actually wasn’t as I’ve met the lovely owner before!) and being super aggressive as she was doing my nails. Gel is already peeling after an hour and ruined what was supposed to be a nice experience. Cheers.
