1 /5 Mumbi Kiragu: Horrible experience and the first in my life walking out of a salon mid treatment. I tried to be polite and wrote ahead explaining that I have a sensitive scalp. She pulled so much of my hair off and when I kept telling her how painful it was, she told me to be quiet and let her do her job. She held my bags hostage until I paid (for services I didn’t receive) and I am yet to receive a refund.

The salon owner is professional and very good at what she does, I have never had any issues and I have been using this salon for about 10years now so that says a lot. They offer a range of services from wigs to braids as well as selling authentic human hair and hair products. I would definitely recommend you book an appointment.

She is the best always happy, I have recommended her to my family and they love her too! She has grown in her craft and wish her all the best! See you in a couple of weeks!!! Highly recommend

1 /5 comfort ayim: The star is not even worthy, its really a minus star. My niece went to get her hair dyed here and this lady totally botched her hair. Bleached the whole head and did not even colour it and charged her £95.00. When we went back because it was unacceptable and my nieces hair was falling out, she offered to treat it. She told her to come back for her to colour it in a couple of weeks which we did, however she refused to! I am all for black owned business and supporting them; but do not go and colour your hair here. I am sure she is great at braiding and weaves but for colouring, stay away from this place. She has no idea what she is doing. In the end we had to go and pay another hairdressers £300 just to correct all the damage caused.

1 /5 Danielle S: I booked with Esty last minute and I appreciated that, was so excited to get my hair done, however, when I got there she was about to start someone else’s hair, told me I booked an hour earlier even though I know I didn’t then told me she cancelled my appointment. I’m very disappointed, I really wanted to get my hair done today and made sure I rushed to get there on time.
