L K Amazing gym with by far the best equipment in Kent, great staff great facilities. Trained in a lot of gyms in Kent but would not train anywhere else.

From day one, youll feel welcomed by the coaches and students alike. The level of instruction is world-class, with a perfect balance between technical detail, hard rolls, and a focus on continuous improvement. Whether youre a complete beginner or a seasoned grappler, the atmosphere is respectful, encouraging, and genuinely ego-free. The coaches are not only experienced competitors but also fantastic teachers who break down techniques clearly and always make time to answer questions. The gym itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a strong emphasis on hygiene and safety. Theres also a great café space with healthy drinks and bowls coming soon! (the bowls and mushroom coffee are legit!), making it easy to fuel up before or after training. Harshini Shah I started attending Aimees classes very recently. Aimee is really lovely, calm and approachable. She has an amazing teach style and provides various options for each movement depending on your ability. I have noticed a difference in only a few sessions. Looking forward to continuing my pilates journey with Aimee and getting even stronger.

The atmosphere is amazing and see loves every session, it is motivated and structured but equally fun at the same time. The progress she has made is phenomenal, thank you all at UGC!
