3 /5 Dimples of Venus: Weirdest experience. It took 4h to get highlights done. I had 2 students working on my hair, parts of the highlights had to be touched up because not enough product was applied. The girls had to go back and forth asking for their mentor’s help. Which is fine, but one decided the job was too boring and after complaining about her legs hurting (at that young age?) she left the other lovely girl do all the work. This other girl was the only one showing professionalism really. For the rest of the students it was like being at an open market, loud, f’bombing every 3 words, taking selfies. Wow! If this is the next generation of hairdressers, good luck to us clients. And just to top the experience up, I didn’t have time to get my hair dried and I left with wet hair. But look at the receipt! The ‘mentor’ charged me for blow dry anyway. I guess this deserves less than 3 stars but I’m being kind because I liked the way one of the two students was working and I hope she gets to open her own place.

1 /5 Clare Pilot: Full head of highlights and root tint. Awful job. I said at 10am that I had to leave at 2.30pm the latest to get children collected. She didnt start the foils until 11am. Then at 3.05pm I left the salon with soaking wet hair and orange roots. Tried to charge me £80 something as it was my fault I had to leave, I said at the start of root tint would take longer I wouldnt have it as I had noone else to collect my kids. The manager said I didnt tell her that even though the hair dresser said she did. I paid £70 and will never go back. The manager Carol so rude and disrespectful its beyond absurd. She wouldnt even let me go back tomorrow to rectify the toner. You only get what you pay for anf this place so unworthy of a penny.

1 /5 Katie Edwards: Do not come here for a haircut! I know they are training but there is no way they should be allowed to leave people looking this dreadful. I asked for simple layers, I was left with my top layer of hair in a Bob and the bottom all choppy. completely ruined my hair and confidence.

5 /5 Luz Anachury: Very nice experience, I had my hair trimmed blow dry and treatment, the ladies are very kind, they had a good knowledge,.the Tutor is always there to guide them.
