Intrepid Wont find a better academy for miles!! The head coach is a pro so he actually knows what hes talking about. And the house the only 2 black belts teaching in guildford. The people that train there are like a big family. Come give it a try, it will become your second home, like it has for me

The classes are upbeat, fun and challenging, and the 1Sculpt team are always finding new and creative ways with the pilates ring, resistance bands and pilates balls. I especially enjoy the barre classes which are a great addition to my running and spin classes that I do elsewhere, and I definitely feel the strength benefits from incorporating these classes into my schedule.

Matt Gretton Completed the 6 week challenge and have absolutely loved it. Feeling great and smashed my goals by losing 9kg and 7% body fat. I came in unsure what to expect with taking on something completely new to me. Had never had a coach or done classes but everyone at In2 made me feel so welcome and up for the challenge. The coaches are amazing with putting together intense and fun workouts. They take their time to support you to get the best out of your workouts and push yourself. You also have great support from other members. All of it together creates a great sense of community. With challenge finished I am staying on to begin CrossFit. I now have my new knowledge and habits for nutrition and fitness stuck with me from the challenge. Its what Ive needed for a long time.
