1 /5 Daniella Kay: terrible customer service on the phone! i called to book for a hollywood wax through a wowcher deal i purchased, and the lady on the phone was talking as if she wasn’t bothered to communicate on the phone. she sounded so annoyed, unbothered, no enthusiasm, so nonchalant and then she told me to send her a message on whatsapp rather than checking for availability on the phone for an appointment? i send her a message now and then call back 4 times, no answer! out of all the salons, i chose to book for a treatment here but the customer service experience over the phone is disgusting! even when she was giving out her number on the phone, she wasn’t even clear, and she literally couldn’t be bothered! how do you expect to have a good business with great customer retention if your service communication is poor? i will take my wowcher code elsewhere, i’m very disappointed! i’ve got things to do and they just long out the process “go on whatsapp”, and they still don’t respond, it’s ridiculous!
