Federico PS Went for my first day and started a trial week. I asked for the price of the membership, and when I was told it was £120 I was shocked. After doing my gym session, I could see why it was priced at this level, and I would say it is more than reasonable. The range of equipment is mind blowing, nothing like any gym within 5 miles. The tidiness of the gym and attention to detail caught my eye. Cathy recovery station in the changing room was the best Ive tried. The sauna and cold plunge really make the workout end perfectly. The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional.

Nicholas Tye Amanda conducts her Pilates programme with real focus on her participants and she continually stresses that we should listen to our own bodies and do what we can. This is so important to me as I have just taken up Pilates in the last two years when in my 70s. I have found Pilates, however, to be of enormous benefit in improving my core strength, balance and flexibility and am confident that is has helped me continue to play competitive tennis . Naz Ali Had a amazing experience today, I went to the salt Hill Activity centre in slough with my granddaughter and friends. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, they went the extra mile today as I enquired about a small quiet place for prayer, they came back to me promptly and advised that I could use a vacant room when I was ready.this really helped as I didnt need to leave early. Lovely to see great inclusivity and facilities within an Activity centre. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Cant wait for our next visit! Many thanks.

Jade Wise My son joined last year with little to no confidence and poor self esteem. All of the senseis have encouraged, supported, taught and disciplined him and I can not thank them enough. Theyve continued to point him in the right direction and given him the confidence and belief in himself he so needed. His fitness levels have improved massively and he now enjoys being active and learning, whilst having fun in a really family focused environment.
