5 /5 Wendy Knerr: I started personal training with Griffin.Fit in June 2025 to learn powerlifting, and I was amazed at how good, strong and healthy I felt after only a few sessions. I was a beginner, having read about lifting heavy weights, and now Im a complete convert: as a moderately fit, middle-aged woman, just recovering from some serious health problems, I couldnt have imagined how good and strong I could feel every day. Five months on and I have a weekly session with Griffin.Fit and a committed gym practice twice a week, no more painful knees, and plenty of energy. I also have a lot more knowledge and tools to be able to work out on my own, while appreciating everything I get from my sessions with Alan. His ability to help me find the sweet spot between taking it easy on myself and pushing myself just enough to improve my strength and fitness and to recognize how strong and resilient my body is, are worth far more than the cost of the sessions.
