On Sunday (8.05.2022) I have booked an appointment for Tuesday for certain time, on Tuesday morning I got the confirmation about my afternoon appointment. I came 5 minutes before the schedule. The lady was very surprised that I got appointment today (she didn’t even knew that I was booked for today).
She told me to sit down and wait 40-60 minutes - why? Very unprofessional customer service. I have paid in advice, my travel took me 45 minutes. I was there before scheduled time and at the end in turned out that I need to wait another hour for my appointment. When I asked about refund I got it straight away but the nail artist which was doing another appointment at the same time she start talking in her own language, it sounded like she was very upset, like I cannot wait this 1 hour.
