4 /5 Esspie Shine: Team was friendly offering drinks but can improve customer service skills. I have done manicure + pedicure. Pedicure was good but manicure wasn’t great and i had terrible compliments from people and my new nails didn’t give me any joy also diamond bits were too rough so scratched my silk dress. I phoned and explained and back to shop, the owner of salon wasn’t happy to redo the work and requested extra £10 originally I paid £80 for mani and padi. It wasn’t great experience of complaining process as I felt very uncomfortable. However she put me to another artist Rose she was amazing. Her work was more gentle and I finally I can enjoy my new nails for Christmas. I still do recommend shop they are lovely small team and still learning I always give more chances but next time I will be in control what I want exactly.

5 /5 Zehra Ispahani: Really good service. I got a pedicure and my niece had acrylic nails done - both happy with the service and would come again. We pre-booked - I recommend this as there are only 3 people available.
