1 /5 Melia T: Ive been a frequent customer here for a few years. Creature of habit and get the same thing every time. The one thing I couldnt get past was the varying price costs everytime I came in for a service for the same thing. When you get to the till, the would just make up the total, their card with prices is just for decoration. Youre better off asking how much it will costs before you start the service even then at the end they add a few pounds thinking you wont notice. Even when it came to using the 10% discount, its would sometimes not be accurate. Some days are cash, others not. HMRC would love to hear about this!
I also couldnt help but notice how they interacted with their white clients in comparison to me. They would ask they other clients how theyre are, normal chat. Me - silence and I was regular customer all year round. Honestly got fed up for it and also after noticing the standard of quality went downhill, there were 3 occasions were I had a full set done and all my acrylics were just constantly breaking and Im very careful and experienced. Taking my money elsewhere and wont be returning.
