Sadly the quality of nail polish used was poor (streaky and probably past its best), and the tidiness/accuracy on the girls hands/nails not great (the toes were better), the nails were not dry when we left, there were no decorations in the salon (as stated on the website as part of the package). Overall it was generally a disappointment and poor value for money. I gave constructive feedback at the end of session and asked for the owner to call me on the Monday. This still hasnt happened. To be told by the beauticians that the "towels" that the girls had their hands on when having their hands painted were the decorations was laughable. The nail polish used takes an hour to dry they said, it was a 1.5 hour session with 6 girls (aged 10 and under) and two therapists rotating on hands and feet, so 80% of the girls left with wet nails, no dryers or sprays to aid the drying process. The nail polish on their hands barely lasted the birthday lunch we all went for after. Reluctantly I have written this post, I like to support our local business in the village but the lack of follow up post my complaint has been disappointing.
