Natalia Wziatek I’ve had 3 laser treatments with Shrina, the clinical owner, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout. The clinic itself is beautiful, spotless, and feels very welcoming. Booking was straightforward, and I appreciated the helpful reminders ahead of the appointment. It was a lovely touch that Shrina offered to stay in touch in case I had any questions or concerns. I felt completely at ease and well-informed. Big thanks for such a positive experience!

Pip Absolutely flawless service. Greeted warmly and immediately provided a lovely ice cold can of Rio. I asked for these mermaid inspired nails I found online and they discussed with me how best to match them with my shorter nails. They kept checking in about whether I was happy with their progress and when they realised one bead was in the wrong place they insisted on fixing it even though I said it was fine. The result was absolutely gorgeous. So, so happy with my nails!!

Grace Brown I can’t recommend Emma at The Retreat highly enough. For the past few weeks—if not months—I’ve been struggling with awful pregnancy-related sciatica. It got to the point where even getting out of bed or up from a relaxed position felt impossible. This afternoon I had a session with Emma, and I’m honestly amazed. She worked so skilfully on the targeted area, and I felt immediate relief. This evening, for the first time in what feels like forever, I was able to put my daughter to bed after feeding her—completely pain-free. Emma is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so kind and reassuring. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be returning!

Eoin OConnor Best lash lift and tint I’ve had. It was my first time at the salon and my treatment was by Natalie. The treatment was super relaxing, I was so chilled I nearly forgot she was doing them! It’s the first lash lift I’ve had that didn’t make my eyes sting after, and the results are amazing. I’ll definitely be back for my next one.
