V C I’ve been joining MoreYoga for more than a year, and the Haggerston studio is incredibly convenient as it is not far to the station. Free street parking during weekdays after 6. The class schedule fits perfectly with my availability, and the facilities are well-maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place to practice yoga. I appreciate the variety of classes offered, catering to different levels and preferences. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it!

Malena Porcaro The rush of endorphins a Disco Barre class gives you, mixed with the banging tunes, makes this workout feel like a night out. Every teacher here brings something special, each with their own unique style. Small groups in every class mean you get personal attention to move properly and stay safe. And at the heart of it all is Sophie. Her talent and passion make this my favourite studio in London. I truly hope everyone gets to try this class at least once :)

Rabicano-Sweet Jessica (Pole Sweet Pole) Great sports ground facility’s, fully stocked amazingly priced bar, many screens to watch the sport, with fabulous bar staff who always make you feel super welcome. This place definitely has proper old school working man’s club feel about it.

Robelle Church Great school with amazing instructors! I was in the UK and this was a great place to train as solo female traveler. Everyone was welcoming, the instruction was great, and I learned a lot. I would definitely come back!

Marcus Brown Shi Kon specialises in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Ladies Kickboxing. It is easy to find on Chatham Hill. There is ample parking available on the hill. The club has a family like feel and is led by outstanding instructors and assistants. I was made to feel very welcome after a 20 year break from martial arts and crossing over from aikido. There is a broad cross section of men women, and kids of all ages and abilities. Unlike other clubs, this is a full contact club and teaches martial arts in a practical way that can be realistically applied if needed, unlike clubs which teach only the theory and form. The club is well resourced and the dojo is roomy and spacious. Gradings are done at the discretion of the instructors and in an informal way rather than a rigid exam or test. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and instruction is taught using their syllabus with an emphasis on flexibility and application in real life situations, rather than taught modules that are purely academic and static. The dojo has male and female changing rooms with showers, toilets, washbasins, etc. Theres a cloakroom area and students can leave shoes and personal belongings on a rack. The website is extensive and informative and new students can get started by watching the online videos. The uniform is jet black with a crimson red logo. The club shop sells all kit including trousers, tunics, T shirts, bags, hats, water bottles, kickboxing gloves, hoodies and so forth, all adorned with the clubs emblem. Miss Simm I went on formostar for pain management. I get a great pain in my shoulders and neck from my job. So I tried formostar for this reason. My shoulders felt less tense afterwards the pain had decreased. I felt very relaxed and lighter.
