Daksha Paternott I travelled 2 hours to have a Balyage treatment and cut and blow dry. Best treatment ever, very skilled hairdresser that knows his stuff, salon is newly opened but the standard of work is excellent and the price point is also good. Don’t hesitate to book.

Shannon Would not recommend to anyone! First time going here for festive and holiday nails! I called up to confirm treatments as this was the first time I visited the salon. I booked in for a take off and a fresh set. I understand that the end of December is a busy period for all but that does not allow disrespect and rudeness for a paid service. The blonde lady doing my nails was very rude and started taking off my nails which I thought was Biab gel but she said it was hard gel. After filing 3 nails, she explained if she continued they might lift and rudely said do you want me to carry on or not. Well 3 nails in I guess so lol. Regardless service was trash and the nails were even worse. I asked to cut some of the length off and square shape - she didn’t cut the length down and left them bubbly and misshaped. I asked for cat eye and it was just glittery. It looked as if I have 10 press on nails on one finger. I was charged £57 for terrible nails which were half done. When I left I messaged the instagram account to explain and was left waiting 24 hours for a response. The next day I called and asked how they could rectify and they offered a partial refund and to come in the new year for a new set. I refused and asked for a full refund and they sent which I appreciated. Spend your money elsewhere, will NOT be going back!

Brunilda Bruna Lovely service. Mary was very gentle and did a great job working around my damaged nails. Extensions came out looking perfect in the end. She is a perfectionist and wont rush you out of her chair until she is satisfied with the results. She also provides lovely nail art.

Nidhi Love the ‘pop in’ service, It’s great as it gives me the flexibility to come by whenever I please (specially having a little one). The girls are very friendly and professional and prices are very reasonable. I’ve always left the salon being more than satisfied with the treatments.
