Christine Moses I’ve been working out with Dan with for a few years now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m stronger and fitter than ever. The sessions are great at keeping me motivated and set new fitness goals. When I’m injured or planning long runs at the weekend, Dan will always find the right exercises to help recovery or get a great work out without tiring the legs too much. The programme is completely tailored to my needs, abilities and ambitions. On top of that, Dan is super easy to get on with, and very accommodating so I can easily fit sessions around my work schedule.

L K Amazing gym with by far the best equipment in Kent, great staff great facilities. Trained in a lot of gyms in Kent but would not train anywhere else.

graham chapman Ive been using Heathfield Leisure Centre for years. It might not have the most extensive facilities compared to some other leisure centres, but the staff more than make up for that. I have found every member of staff to be always friendly, helpful and full of encouragement.

Sara Mennani Great local gym! Fantastic instructors who really care. Classes are in small groups so need to book early. My favourite instructors include Gabriella, Jordan, Joseph! Gabriella’s classes are really good and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in my body since attending her classes, plus they’re just so fun and well structured!
