Claire Tyrrell App great. Easy to use. Lots of equipment so dont seem to have to wait. Sometimes there is a delay when trying to.access a location other than home location. Clean throughout. Everyone respectful.

Bielert Jasmin (jasminisasuperhero) Jamie is wonderful. Always answering all of my questions. The gym looks really good after the refurb recently and everything is much more accessible. They got new equipment in too. I can wholeheartedly recommend that gym. The trainers are amazing and always there to support.

Claire Whyley Vida is the best gym I’ve ever joined! I’ve never laughed so much while exercising before! The range of classes is brilliant, they’re suitable for all levels, but most importantly they’re really enjoyable so it never feels like a chore. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming, supportive of very one’s goals, and generally just a happy place to be ♥️

Miguel Rio This is a fantastic Gym. Tibor has an excellent program with tailored exercises and, typically, 3 full body workouts per week. The gym has an incredible atmosphere. I could not recommend it more. If you want to improve your health and health-span, this is the place in North London to do it.

Catherine Kirkpatrick Ive known Craig for several years now. He has helped me to achieve milestones i never thought were possible. I have cracked and bulging disks which the dr referred me to a surgeon. I have had various nerve saturations and nerve blocks but they only seemed to work for a short time and to be honest i didnt want to keep doing back to have more. My first training session consisted of small movements but i felt i was on the right path. I was so much more mobile after a short period of time. Years down the line, i have completed a half ironman and various triathlons. Theres no stopping me now :)
